Radford City Target Election

Purpose of Election: To elect a target area representative to sit on the Board of Directors of NRCA to represent the City of Radford. The Board manages the affairs and sets the policies for NRCA. The elected representative will serve on the Local Advisory Board and the Board of Directors. NRCA has as its purpose to alleviate poverty in the New River Valley by such programs as Head Start, Children’s Health Improvement Partnership, Homeless and Housing Programs, VA CARES, Emergency Assistance, and outreach services for other human service agencies.
