Homeless and Housing Programs provides free Renter Education Workshops monthly.

Workshops are for tenants, landlords, and those considering renting.

Topics include:

  • How to Find the Right Place
  • Handling the Application Process
  • Understanding the Application
  • Getting Back Your Security Deposit
  • Housekeeping, Maintenance & Repairs
  • The Right Way To Terminate A Lease
  • Utility Savings Tips
